My Better Half is a relationship productivity app that helps couples plan dates, manage tasks, sync calendars, and stay organized together.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One person per account - sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Subscription and Billing

• My Better Half offers a 3-day free trial for new users
• After the trial, a monthly subscription of $5 is required
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with the proper working of the service

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by My Better Half and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Better Half be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
